Notes on the invoice finance satisfaction survey:
- The 2,000 respondents were randomly selected from the lists of invoice finance users that we have compiled as we come across them, over time.
- The clients surveyed were NOT provided by the invoice finance companies hence there was no bias introduced.
- The presence of invoice finance companies' clients on the list is likely to be proportional to their market share.
- The minimum number of respondents for any of the above companies was 21.
- Clients were asked to rate their invoice finance company overall and an average rating was they calculated to make the comparison.
