• Factoring For Non Home Owners

A number of factoring companies required the prime movers of a business to be homeowners. However, circumstances are often such that we deal with directors of businesses that do not own their own home. Many people now live in rented accommodation. There are factoring companies that are happy to deal with directors that are non-homeowners and we have just completed a factoring arrangement for a client that was in such a position. Qualification for a factoring facility in these cases can be based upon the quality of the book debts of the business, rather than the status of the directors.
