Loans

Top up funding is available in the form of cash flow loans and Nucleus also offer a Business Cash Advance product that provides flexible funding repaid by a percentage of the income your company receives from card payments.

They have a specialist start-up finance option, whereby new companies receive an interest only loan, to help get them off the ground.

Their business loans have interest rates starting from just 5%, and they can provide both property finance and bridging finance. They also offer an Overdraft ID product which is an alternative to using a bank overdraft.

Specialist Funding

Specialist niche finance is provided via their Education Finance product, which can be used to fund training and education invoicing, for example in respect of apprenticeships. The construction sector is also funded by Nucleus, who are one of a small number that are able to assist construction sector companies.
